Dr Nancy Elsheikh is a General, Developmental and Neonatal Paediatrician who provides care for children from infancy through to adolescence. She works with families to support their children’s growth, learning, and well-being, with a warm and collaborative approach.
Dr Nancy completed her specialist paediatric training overseas before moving to Australia, where she gained extensive experience as a Paediatric Trainee and later as a Fellow in General Paediatrics. She holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH, UK).
Her practice covers the full range of general paediatrics and neonatology, with particular expertise in developmental and behavioural Paediatrics. Dr Nancy has a special interest in autism assessment and diagnosis, developmental delay, ADHD, learning difficulties, emotional and behavioural challenges. She is also involved in multidisciplinary developmental services and enjoys working closely with families, schools, and Allied Health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
Outside of clinical work, Dr Nancy is passionate about teaching and mentoring Paediatric Trainees and is an advocate for early identification and holistic care for children with developmental needs.
